Legacy54 is led by people with decades of combined experience in athletics, coaching, mentorship, and community work — and a personal reason for doing it.
Former professional basketball player Adam Grant is the Founder and President of Legacy54, a nonprofit organization dedicated to youth development through mentorship, leadership, and community impact through athletics and life skills.
Passionate about creating positive opportunities for the next generation, Adam focuses on helping kids build confidence, discipline, accountability, and strong character both on and off the court.
Through mentorship and community engagement, his goal is to inspire, guide, and empower young people to reach their full potential in sports, academics, and life.
With a background in coaching, mentorship, finance, and professional leadership, Adam brings both lived experience and practical skill to the work of building up young people.
